Create Your Account

  1. Go to app.getworkform.com/register
  2. Enter your email and create a password
  3. Verify your email address
  4. You're ready to build!

Choose Your Form Type

WorkForm offers two powerful form builders:

Standard Forms

Perfect for surveys, contact forms, registrations, and any form with a linear flow.

Workflow Forms

For lead qualification, onboarding, and forms that need conditional logic or AI questions.

Add Your Questions

For Standard Forms:

  1. Click "Add Question" button
  2. Choose your question type (text, email, multiple choice, etc.)
  3. Enter your question text
  4. Configure options (required, placeholder text, etc.)
  5. Drag to reorder questions

For Workflow Forms:

  1. Drag a "Page Node" onto the canvas
  2. Add questions to your page
  3. Connect nodes to create your flow
  4. Add conditional logic or AI nodes as needed

Customize Your Design

  1. Click the "Design" tab
  2. Choose your color theme
  3. Select fonts and typography
  4. Customize button styles
  5. Add your logo or background images

Publish & Share

  1. Click "Publish" in the top right
  2. Copy your form link
  3. Share via email, social media, or embed on your website
  4. Start collecting responses!
